This manual reveals the features of the legislation on countering corruption, the historical stages of its formation, structure and direction of development are determined. Actual problems of systematizing the legislation on countering corruption have been identified, its relationship with constitutional, criminal, administrative, and civil law has been investigated. The inclusion of certain norms and institutions of anti -corruption legislation in different sectors is justified, which ultimately allows you to create a regulatory framework for combating corruption in all spheres of state and public life.
