This textbook is an author’s course in the discipline "Legal Technique" and considers the general part of this discipline. The content forms eight chapters on the concept and types of legal technology, its place in the system of theoretical and legal categories, as well as the system of general technical and legal means. Each topic is attached to tasks that are primarily focused on the development of analytical abilities and practical skills in working with normative text, as well as a list of additional literature for independent study of relevant theoretical issues. In cases where several relatively independent categories are considered within the framework of one topic, the lists of literature are formed separately for each of them.
