In the monograph “Legal Support of the Russian Model of Corporate Management”, the object of study is corporate law and some of its features practiced in Russia and China, taking into account the development of corporate law in industrialized countries, and above all in the USA and Great Britain. At the same time, greater scholars and economists are of great interest in the origin and development of corporate law in those countries in which there was a radically excellent economic system.
The most striking objects for analysis in this area are Russia and China, where the problems of optimizing the structure of corporate management, the form of state participation in this process as a regulator and at the same time subject of corporate relations are still relevant.

For this purpose, in particular, the existing problems of corporate governance in Russian and Chinese joint -stock companies have been identified, the possibilities of structuring new corporate governance models have been investigated, measures were considered to ensure and improve the quality of protection of the entire corporate management system of shareholders, mainly of minority orientalists and minorityans, and mainly minority. all related to the activities of the corporation of persons.
Subjectly the theoretical provisions of the legal support of the Russian model of corporate governance, as well as the modern corporate legislation of the PRC and its role in improving the structure and mechanism of corporate governance are considered.
A detailed analysis of the development of the legal foundations of corporate governance in the PRC conducted by the author is the first difficulty in this scientific segment and is of interest to Russian jurists and heads of corporations in terms of studying and improving the corporate governance system
