In a monograph based on an economic and legal approach and comparative legal analysis, a modern conceptual apparatus is investigated, as well as a system of funds in the field of legal support for the quality and safety of goods.
The study is built on the basis of the existence and implementation of the five main groups of legal assembly of the quality and safety of goods: generally binding regulatory legal acts, funds expressed in the form of legal acts that do not have a compliance with the conformity of goods, legal funds, legal funds, legal funds, legal funds, legal acts. civil law protective equipment.
In general, the study is of a comprehensive (intersectoral) nature, private and public law aspects of quality and safety of goods are subjected to development. At the same time, in this work, priority is given to the consideration of private aspects of the quality and safety of goods and only within the necessary limits the public law aspects are analyzed.
The work is evaluated by the reform of technical regulation conducted in recent decades in our country. Technical regulations and standards are considered not only in the role of instruments of technical regulation of entrepreneurship, but also as funds that promote civil law support and safety of goods.
