The monograph is a study of one of the varieties of entrepreneurial associations - cluster. The work considers its economic and legal entities, the features of the legal regulation of relations arising between the participants of the cluster, the concept and signs of an agreement on the formation of this entrepreneurial association. A thematic analysis of the works of domestic and foreign scientists, regulatory acts of Russia and some countries are carried out.
