The book is the first monograph on a comprehensive study of the legal regulation of trading activities in Russia. The basic concepts of trade law are considered (trade, wholesale, retail trade, trading facility, retail network), the composition of trade legislation and the trend of its development in the conditions of regional economic integration and the accession of the Russian Federation to the WTO are analyzed. Systematically set out state requirements for the implementation of trade activities. The main types of contracts concluded in the field of trade, legal forms of the implementation of distance trade, the procurement activities of certain types of legal entities, the features of the turnover of certain types of goods were investigated.
