The monograph is devoted to the legal regulation of relations that determine the development of the information society. The author carries out a comprehensive scientific study of administrative and legal regulation of the use of information technologies in public administration. The work is given a theoretical analysis of the concept, essence, mechanism, legal regimes of information support of the system of authorities, as well as a critical analysis of completeness, adequacy to modern social relations of the achievements of the science of information law and the current legislation on relevant issues. An attempt was made to justify the development of an administrative approach in creating a system of information support of the authorities, determining legal and organizational and managerial mechanisms for creating optimal conditions for satisfying the information needs of various subjects of law and management, revealing the innovative potential of information support for bodies, establishing the priorities of the interaction of public bodies of levels and all branches of power.
