A collective monograph is a comprehensive interdisciplinary study of the problems of regulating social and labor relations with foreign citizens. Such aspects as a sociological analysis of migration in the post-Soviet space, the application of administrative norms governing the stay (accommodation) of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation, the international regulation of the legal status of mining-migrants, the system of sources of legal regulation of social and labor relations with the participation of foreign citizens, and the features of labor, are considered agreements with foreign citizens and stateless persons, features of the exercise of collective labor rights by foreign citizens, analysis of the norms of tax law applicable to foreign citizens, organized set as a form of organization of attracting foreign workers, ensuring equality in the field of labor on the basis of an EAEU agreement, and mandatory social insurance foreign citizens in the Russian Federation and other issues.
