Increasing the efficiency of legal support of corporate governance is one of the priority tasks in the field of corporate law. This monograph studies the problems of corporate governance by comparing Russian law with Chinese legal experience in the angle of corporate governance models. The work conducts a comparative study of the existing legislative provisions of corporate governance, corporate governance models, as well as problems that arise in practice in this area. Based on the research, the author proposes to solve a number of urgent problems of legal regulation of corporate governance, which can be used for the purpose of improving legislation both in the Russian Federation and the People’s People’s Republic.
