A collective monograph is the first scientific publication in Russia, which is devoted to topical issues of legal regulation of artificial intelligence in the context of a pandemic and inframation. The work discusses in detail the role, meaning and features of the legal regulation of artificial intelligence in the context of pandemia, studies the prospects for using artificial intelligence technologies to improve the quality of educational activity, the legal regulation of artificial intelligence and information. The legal regulation of certain types of relations using artificial intelligence, in particular, the prospects for patenting as a legal mechanism for preventing the spread of the Covid-19 coronaviral infection in the world, the role of artificial intelligence in the creation of vaccines, has been investigated. The current possibilities of using artificial intelligence technology in resolving disputes in the context of pandemia Covid-19 are given, the issues of prospects for using artificial intelligence were raised when assisting in the preparation of procedural documents, informing the parties about the transfer or delay in the court session, evaluating the risk level of a person’s re-committing a crime, and analyzing data necessary to resolve disputes. The experience of the predicted justice (Predictive Justice) and resolution of disputes through artificial intelligence technology have been studied. The issues of protecting personal data collected and processed during the use of artificial intelligence are considered in the conditions of the pandemia Covid-19. The problems of ensuring the information security of such data, the ratio of the two fundamental human rights, enshrined at both the national and international levels are analyzed - the right to protect life and health, on the one hand, and the right to inviolability of private life and data protection - on the other,, on the other,, on the other. Features of legal regulation of the development of artificial intelligence in the EU, China, other countries of the world, as well as the possibility of its use in the fight against Covid-19.
