The monograph addresses issues whose solution will contribute to both the development of a digital economy and the formation of new legal relations, and the implementation of state policy for the development of competition in high -tech sectors of the economy. The main directions of further improvement of Russian and foreign legislation in the field of regulation of the digital economy are indicated.
