The monograph discusses the features of legal regulation in the Internet space, attention is focused on the historical, theoretical and comparative legal aspects of the problem being studied. The use of comparative legal methods of synchronous and diachronous analysis allows the author to substantiate the new scientific concept of legal diasinchronism of the Internet space, within the framework of which the Internet acts as a form of cyberspace, which simultaneously representing a diachronous (“supra-state”) phenomenon and factor of national-cultural synchronization, in its formation and in its formation and in its formation and development associated with a specific state-legal system. Noting the Internationality of the Internet as an information and technical communication system, the author shows the dependence of the means and methods of legal regulation in this area on the characteristics of the formation and functioning of the main legal systems of the modern world.
