The training manual gives a concept and the main components of the content of the legal regime of handling of material evidence in pre -trial production are revealed. The species variety of forms of implementation of the legal regime is presented, and methodological recommendations addressed to investigators are presented to establish a form of implementation of legal regimes, depending on the species diversity of material evidence.
