The book is dedicated to the most important question for the healthcare sector: the patient is a patient - a medical worker - preliminary investigation authorities and the court. It presents the story of the struggle against “vile spies and killers under the guise of professors-doctors” from the moment of its occurrence to the present day.
The book sets out the phased process of legal persecution of a medical worker according to the following scheme: dissatisfaction of the patient /relatives, complaint, checking the message about the crime in accordance with Article 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, preliminary investigation, court. Explanations are given to each stage and the recommendations are presented that you need to know and do a doctor at each of the stages of legal persecution.
The book is addressed to our colleagues, doctors of anesthesiologists-resuscitologists, as well as to doctors of any other specialties, all the continuers of the affairs of “vile spies and killers under the mask of professors-doctors”, “evading true testimonies or concealing important information about the circumstances of the incident” but continue to honestly fulfill their medical duty
