The monograph aims to formulate the general concept of the constitutional law of the term - “legal mode of personality” for science.
Independent objects of the study are: the genesis of understanding the ratio of freedom and the need for the history of political and legal thought, approaches to consolidating the obligations, responsibility and restrictions of the rights and freedoms of personality in foreign and Russian constitutions, elements of the legal mode of personality in modern Russian constitutional law. The proposed category with related concepts (legal status of personality, legal status of the individual, legitimate behavior, etc) is carried out. The author"s classifications of existing legal modes on various grounds are substantiated. The prospects for the development of the category of “legal mode of personality” in the context of changing social and legal practice are determined.
