Legal mechanism for ensuring the rational use of natural resources

This work is one of the first monographic studies devoted to the formation of the legal mechanism of rational use of natural resources in the Russian Federation.
On the way of introducing into public administration, even detailed and recognized in society doctrines of reasonable and balanced consumption of natural resources are a number of obstacles: the technogenic nature of modern civilization at a lack and high cost of resource -saving technologies, the extreme uneven development of mankind, inertia and limitation The worldview of most of the society continues to exist in the system of consumer values. The named social problems can lead to a deep crisis and put human civilization on the brink of disappearance. The principle of rational use of natural resources, enshrined in Russian law, is one of the few directly aimed at preventing the crisis.
The goal of the monograph is to identify modern factors affecting the formation of a mechanism for the rational use of natural resources, the trends of its improvement.
