The third volume of the book "Legal Fundamentals of Military-Technical Cooperation" consists of two sections.
The first section includes the most significant current international treaties and foreign policy agreements in the field of military-technical cooperation, as well as all open international treaties and agreements in this area in which the Russian Federation is involved.
The second section contains national legal acts of leading world exporters and importers of military products, as well as the most characteristic examples of national legislation of active participants in the global arms market.
The publication is intended primarily for those who, by the genus of their activities, are involved in the practical implementation of state policy in the field of military-technical cooperation of the Russian Federation.
