This publication examines a set of legal and adjacent problems with the development of modern biotechnologies. The world enters the era of bio -economy, changing the usual ideas of people about being. The emergence of new technologies and products obtained with their use (medicines, medical devices, new sources of energy, food, etc) entails global changes in the very near future. Many of them reveal new opportunities to mankind, but some are serious threats. The issues of uncontrolled distribution of individual biotechnologies, their use for not their intended purpose are especially acute. The setting of such problems and approaches to their resolution is the main goal of the publication. This work is not a complete and systemic presentation of ideas available in the doctrine about the problems of the development of bio -economy and ensuring bios safety due to the relative novelty of these relations and their considerable unsuccessfulness, testability.
Monograph is prepared as part of the RFFI grants.
