Countering corruption is one of the most important points of the agenda not only for individual states, but also for the world community as a whole. Corruption is a serious obstacle to sustainable economic and social development both at the international and national level. Countries regularly adopt new anti -corruption rules and directives.
This monograph discusses the legal basis for counteracting corruption in the Russian Federation, international and regional standards and initiatives, as well as foreign experience in this area.
In volume 1, an analysis of the normative material regulates anti-corruption activities at various stages of development in the Russian Federation is carried out, factors that determine corruption behavior, the role of scientific, educational and business structures in anti-corruption are investigated. Particular attention is paid to ensuring compliance with the restrictions and principles of official behavior, overcoming the conflict of interest, as well as the prevention of corruption offenses in the field of labor relations. A separate section of the publication is devoted to the international legal foundations of counteracting corruption within the framework of the UN, OECD, European Union, the Council of Europe, other international and regional institutions and initiatives in Europe, Eurasia, America, Africa, Asia and Oceania.

for scientists, public servants, teachers of law universities and faculties, as well as for other specialists interested in the issues of counteracting corruption in Russia and abroad
