The collective monograph is devoted to urgent problems of determining the legal fate of the business during divorce and inheritance. The material is presented taking into account the latest changes in civil, entrepreneurial,
corporate, family legislation, as well as forensic practice trends. The influence of the novels of legal regulation on the development of family entrepreneurship is shown. The problems arising from the division of business
