The monograph is devoted to legal and social problems of ensuring the safety of minors in the Russian Federation. The work investigates the rights of minors in the system of ensuring national security, legal approaches to determining the concepts of "child", "minor" in the current Russian legislation, features of state policy of ensuring the safety of minors, including in the field of prevention of deviant behavior of children and adolescents, issues of ensuring security of security minors in digital space, the specifics of the exercise of minors to education, healthcare and labor, the problems of protecting rights and the interests of minor citizens in the Russian Federation protected by law and a number of other problems.
