This monograph contains the author’s definitions related to the organization of activities to ensure the safety of the penal correction system, analyzed the legal basis for the security process of employees of the penal correction system, investigated the current state and the problems of ensuring the security of the UIS employees were identified, a system of measures and means aimed at improving the security of the UIS employees were developed , an analysis of factors that have a positive or negative impact on ensuring the safety of UIS employees was determined, the main directions to increase the efficiency of the security of the penal correction system are determined.
