The textbook is intended for undergraduates students in the training programs for lawyers in the field of private law, as well as in the field of land-communal, urban planning and environmental resource relations. The book was prepared by teachers of the Department of Civil Law and Department of Environmental and Nature Resource Law of the Moscow State University of Law named after O. E. Kutafin.
The authors paid attention to the problems of applying legislation governing rental relations in various fields of activity (civil law, land legislation, etc) A characteristic of the types of lease agreement: a lease of buildings and structures, a lease of an enterprise, a financial lease agreement (leasing), a land lease agreement. The features of the lease of the forest plot and the water use agreement are considered. In the preparation of the textbook, judicial practice materials were actively used.
