Lawyer, defender. New in status. Commentary on the Federal Law of April 17, 2017 No. 73 of the Federal Law

The book critically analyzes all new norms introduced by the Federal Law of April 17, 2017 No. 73-FZ in the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation. They are mainly devoted to the status of a lawyer and defender. In addition, the law also made amendments to some other legal institutions.
