This Law regulates relations arising between consumers and manufacturers, importers, sellers, owners of aggregators of information about goods when selling goods, establish consumers" rights to purchase goods and safe for life, health, property of consumers and the environment, obtaining information about goods about goods and about their manufacturers, about the owners of aggregators of information about goods, education, state and public protection of their interests, and also determines the mechanism of the implementation of these rights (as amended by federal laws dated December 21, 2004 No. 171-ФЗ, dated 25.10.2007 No. 234 -F3, dated 07/29/2018 No. 250-ФЗ)
