The book conducts a multidimensional analysis of law as a regulatory-free system, combining both normative and deviant characteristics in its structural and comprehensive composition. The normativeness and deviance are considered not as legal antipodes, but as various theoretical and behavioral models, “lively” and combined in legal reality. The norm and deviation are not denied, but determine each other according to the principle of unity and the struggle of opposites. Legal pluralism, primarily expressed in the variety of types of law enforcement, allows us to talk about normativeness and deviation as factors inherent in all stages of its formation and functioning.
