Law enforcement agencies. Textbook

The textbook corresponds to the program of the course "Law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation". It contains an organizational and legal characteristic of the court, law enforcement agencies, special services and non-state organizations that form a modern system of law enforcement in the Russian Federation.
The fourth edition of the textbook was prepared taking into account the latest changes that occurred in the judicial system and in the structure of law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation, including the formation of a single higher judicial body, the creation of the police, the institution of the IC of Russia, the Russian Guard, as well as taking into account modifications in legal status of individual law enforcement agencies.
The legislation is given as of September 1, 2017
