The textbook “Fundamentals of Law” is written in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard, consists of 14 chapters, is equipped with a list of additional literature, questions for self -control for each chapter.
The main task of this textbook is the formation of the foundations of legal consciousness and legal culture in the process of acquaintance of students with the necessary minimum of legal knowledge, awakening interest in law, instilling elementary skills and skills to apply the rule of law in a particular situation. The textbook reports only the foundations of knowledge about law and the state.
