This edition considers a set of legal problems due to the rapid development of modern technologies in medicine (genetic, information, reproductive and other), the emergence of new drugs for medical use, biomedical cellular products and other medical use. In addition, the book affects the environmental aspects of the emerging and implemented technologies that can have a significant impact on the various spheres of human activity, its habitat, the biosphere. This monograph is the result of the work of the International Symposium "Law and Modern Technology in Medicine", which was held at the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin (Moscow State University) on May 15-17, 2019.
