This textbook was prepared in accordance with the educational program of the undergraduate in the specialty Jurisprudence, which includes the compulsory academic discipline Land Law. This discipline is implemented under a program approved by the Scientific Council of the Law Faculty of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, which includes not only the study of land law, but also the legal regulation of the use and protection of other natural resources. Accordingly, conditionally, the textbook contains a common part dedicated to the main principles and institutions of land law, the norms of which apply to all land relations, and a special part, including sections dedicated to the legal regime of certain categories of land, as well as the legal regulation of the use and protection of subsoil, water bodies, forests, animal world, natural resources of the continental shelf and the exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation.
