This textbook is the third, processed and supplemented publication and is written on the basis of the materials of copyright lecture courses, taking into account the latest land legislation, primarily the new Land Code of the Russian Federation, as well as new editions of the water and forest codes of the Russian Federation. It discusses the traditional issues of the theory of land law and the practice of its application. In addition, the mechanisms of regulation of land relations most relevant for the modern period, taking into account the concept of land as the most important natural resource, the basis of the life of the peoples of the Russian Federation and a special kind of property, are clarified. Much attention is paid to issues of the ratio of state powers to regulate land relations and landowners" rights.
