This scientific and practical survey commentary on the Land Code of the Russian Federation was drawn up as the state of the legislation for October 2016, that is, it takes into account the amendments and additions of the Land Code carried out in 2015-2016.
The authors of the commentary are highly qualified employees of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences, who took an active part in the preparation and consideration of amendments and novels of the Land Code.
