The scientific and practical guide proposed to the reader is devoted to the volumetric and complex in application by the legislation on labor protection and control (supervision) for compliance with labor legislation. Domestic labor legislation is evaluated in the light of international standards of labor protection, labor control and foreign experience of legal regulation. Particular attention is paid to amendments and additions to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation in connection with the adoption of the Federal Law of December 28, 2013 No. 426-ФЗ "On a special assessment of working conditions".
