This textbook is designed to give comprehensive ideas about labor law as a branch of Russian law, including the theory of labor law, labor legislation and the practice of its application. It is designed to train professional lawyers, which require both deep theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The task of the authors is to give persons who prepare themselves for the activities of a professional lawyer, the main theoretical knowledge, to show the ways and problems of their practical application. In this sense, the content of the book reflects mainly the main provisions of the theory of labor law, the current legislation on labor and the practice of its application.
