A textbook contains a description of the national labor regulation of five key industrialized countries: the USA, China, Japan, Germany and France. Each chapter is devoted to a separate country, paragraphs describe the sources of labor law of each country, the role of international law, norms devoted to institutions such as an employment contract, wages, working hours and rest time, collective labor law. At the end of the chapters, the main aspects of special measures taken by states in connection with the pandemia Covid-19 are briefly considered
