The second volume of the collective monograph "Labor Law: National and International Dimension", prepared by leading specialists in Russian and international labor law, as well as on labor economics, is devoted to special problems of modern labor law.
In the first section of this volume, the problems of transformation of labor relations, the development of Russian labor law at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries, the growth of differentiation of labor law, issues related to the digitalization of labor are considered. The second section is devoted to the problems of regulating atypical forms of employment, including new forms - remote labor, work through online platforms, etc. In the third section, we are talking about urgent problems of individual labor laws in modern conditions: safety and labor hygiene, labor disputes, and labor inspectorates and collective labor law. Most issues are studied from the standpoint of the national labor law of Russia, international labor standards, using comparative legal analysis, as well as intersectoral approach to legal research.
