The goals of labor legislation are the establishment of state guarantees of labor rights and freedoms of citizens, the creation of favorable working conditions, the protection of the rights and interests of employees and employers.
The main objectives of labor legislation are the creation of the necessary legal conditions for achieving the optimal coordination of the interests of the parties to the labor relations, interests of the state, as well as the legal regulation of labor relations and other directly related relations in:
- labor organization and labor management,
- employment from this employer,
- preparation and additional professional education of employees directly with this employer,
- social partnership, conducting collective negotiations, concluding collective agreements and agreements,
- the participation of workers and trade unions in establishing working conditions and the application of labor legislation in cases provided for by law,
- liability of employers and employees in the field of labor,
- state control (supervision), trade union control over compliance with labor legislation (including labor protection legislation) and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law standards,
- resolution of labor disputes,
- compulsory social insurance in cases provided for by federal laws.
