At all times, in Russia, the problems of organizing and carrying out judicial activities were considered within the framework of the dichotomy of the law and justice. Moreover, the effectiveness of judicial activity was determined not so much by the formal qualities of the law as the personality of a particular judge. Do not be afraid of the court, but be afraid of an unrighteous judge. "The unrighteous judges have many son -in -law. "Judge Righteous is a stone fence." Folk sayings clearly reflect the understanding of the essence of legal proceedings as the activities of judges to apply the law embodied in the law and, at the same time, ensuring and protecting justice.
Judicial law enforcement is considered in the book as a relatively independent type of right -line activity, the main purpose of which is to restore the rule of law, violated by the dispute of law or an offense.
Justice, representing a system of application of law, was not and will not be perfect, respectively, there were no ideal judges. Being a product of the state and its reflection, the court and judges, their attitude to the right, clearly demonstrate how constitutional provisions on the legal state, the equality of all before the law and the court, receive their real life embodiment in the mechanism of modern Russian law enforcement
