The book, which is the eighth release of the series "Library of Judicial Constitutionalism", presents the author’s vision of institutions of justice, their inclusion in the mechanism for ensuring supremacy and direct action of the Constitution, the consistent implementation of its value-normative potential in all spheres of the legal life of Russian society. At the same time, the key role of judicial legal reform in the constitutional modernization of the country, its influence on all other reforms is substantiated. In this regard, the conflict of political and legal principles of justice is revealed, the special significance of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation as a regulatory source and the means of guaranteeing the independence of the judiciary, and the improvement of all types of legal proceedings are substantiated. The same line analyzes the influence of national judiciary, primarily constitutional justice, on the implementation of the principles and norms of international law within the framework of European conventional jurisdiction.
