The monograph is devoted to the current state of development of jurisprudence and is determined by the task of finding subject and conceptual grounds for the formation of scientific discipline. The study of the issue involves a wide sociocultural and interdisciplinary context of theoretical and practical understanding of the dynamics of language transformations and the structure of legal science. With the known pretentiousness of the name of the work, it means only a possible view of the movement of individual historical formations of legal knowledge as a genealogical process or the process of the origin and change of the disciplinary matrix of legal science-language, subject and structure in various cultural and historical trajectories of its development and reproduction.
The cultural and historical prospect in the study of law as linguistic and cognitive reality, at the same time figurative, symbolic and conceptual, is, in our opinion, the direction and approach, which allows us to reveal the current meanings and values of the evolution of the science of law in various civilizational (discursive ) Practices of social communication. The genealogy of the law enforcement is in the language of socioculture of the historical era, its axiology and epistemology. Distinction and conceptualization of various levels and forms of existence of legal reality, its expressions and descriptions in various traditions of law enforcement, especially when jurisprudence itself acts as the subject of its own reflection, opens up a new prospect in the study of both law and the science of law.
