This volume is the final part of the three-volume scientific and encyclopedic publication about the judicial systems of the states of Europe and Eurasia.
In this volume, the judicial systems of the countries of the Eurasian region were considered, as generalizing conclusions, a comparative analysis of the judicial systems of the states of Europe and Eurasia is presented, general statistical data on judicial systems and evaluating the effectiveness of courts for each country are presented. In the first volume, the judicial systems of the countries of Western and Northern Europe are considered, in the second volume the judicial systems of the countries of southern and eastern Europe are represented.
