This volume is the second part of the three-volume scientific and encyclopedic publication about the judicial systems of the states of Europe and Eurasia. In this volume, the judicial systems of the countries of Southern and Eastern Europe are considered. The first volume presents the judicial systems of the countries of Western and Northern Europe, in the third volume the judicial systems of the countries of the Eurasian region are considered, and the comparative analysis of the judicial systems of the states of Europe and Eurasia is presented, general statistics on judicial systems and evaluating the effectiveness of courts for each country are presented .
