Vladimir Danilovich Spasovich (Polish. Wlodzimierz Spasowicz) 1829 - 1906 - Russian lawyer, outstanding lawyer, Polish publicist, critic and historian of Polish literature, public figure. V. D. Spasovich always paid great attention to preliminary training and did not like impromptu. It is interesting that, starting his speeches, V. D. Spasovich surprised a lot previously unfamiliar with his speeches. At first, he always began as if with difficulty, almost stuttering, but after a couple of minutes the speaker transformed and made his speech in complete splendor of thought and shape.
