Judicial financial and economic examination in cases of deliberate bankruptcy of legal entities

The monograph is devoted to a comprehensive study of issues of judicial financial and economic studies in cases of deliberate bankruptcy of legal entities. The first part of the work revealed the conceptual foundations of the judicial financial and economic examination in cases of deliberate bankruptcy of legal entities, the forms of using special knowledge of specialists and arbitration managers.
The author proposed a distinction between the competencies of a forensic expert and the arbitration manager. The need to study digital traces and attracting specialists in the field of IT technologies is justified. In the second part, a list of typical issues to the expert was formulated, an algorithm for the production of legal financial and economic examinations in cases of deliberate bankruptcy of legal entities was proposed and typical expert errors arising from this category of cases were identified.
