The presented work is a continuation of the study of the problems of judicial discretion in Russian criminal law, which was laid in the monographs “Problems of Judicial discretion in Russian criminal law” (Vladimir, 2005) and “Sources of Judicial discretion in the institutions of exemption from criminal liability and punishment” (Moscow , 2011).
This monograph did not exhaust and could not exhaust all issues related to judicial discretion in criminal law, rather was another step in this direction. Normative acts are used as of June 1, 2011
