Judicial discretion and its limits. The general theoretical aspect

The monographs formulate the provisions that contribute to the development of the relevant sections of the general theory of law, in particular related to law enforcement, law enforcement, and can also be used in the further development of the problems of judicial discretion within the framework of industry legal sciences.
The practical significance of the study is that the conclusions and theses contained in it regarding the definition of a judicial discretion and its limits, as well as means of limiting a judicial discretion, can be used:
- law enforcement (judicial) bodies in their practical activities,
- in the work of the legislative bodies of the Russian Federation when improving the current array of legislation,
- in scientific studies regarding the problem of judicial discretion and its limits, as well as means of restricting the arbitrariness of a judicial discretion,
