This collection was prepared based on the results of the first Moscow law enforcement forum, organized by the Moscow branch of the Association of Russian Lawyers in 2019. In it, the authors reveal the theme of the judicial discretion and a number of other related issues. The issues of the judicial discretion are becoming more and more relevant with the development of modern legal concepts, as well as as the digitalization of justice expands. A feature of this publication is the unification of the efforts of the Moscow judiciary, practicing lawyers, legal scientists and lawyers of organizations.
