The book examines the activities of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation to verify constitutionality of regulatory legal acts. The judicial constitutional norm control is compared with other activities of the constitutional justice body, the problems of distinguishing between norm control in constitutional and administrative proceedings are addressed. Summarizing the practice of judicial constitutional norm control, the author analyzes its subject and some problems of implementation, considers typical reasons for challenging the constitutionality of regulatory legal acts, especially laws.
