This collection systematizes all decisions of the plenums of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation and the RF Armed Forces, information letters of the Presidium of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation since 2002, reviews of the above higher instances, as well as the practice of the RF Armed Forces and the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation for specific affairs since 2014. At the same time, all legal positions both expressed abstractly and in relation to a specific case are distributed according to bankruptcishes, which allows you to draw up a complete picture on the necessary issue, contacting the corresponding section of the publication. In essence, the book is judicial law in the field of bankruptcy, that is, a judicial bankruptcy law.
The difference between this publication and the traditional encyclopedias of legal positions in the field of bankruptcy is that, along with specific cases, abstract clarifications of senior courts are presented. Accordingly, the difference between the book from collections of abstract explanations in the field of bankruptcy (decisions of plenums, reviews and information letters) is the structuring of such abstract clarifications on bankruptcishes in conjunction with accumulated practice on similar issues.
The collection can be used both in scientific activity (research and interpretation on a certain issue, preparation of articles, dissertations and reports, etc), and in practical activities (in the preparation of a legal position on the dispute and its substantiation, when assessment of the risks of the transaction, the development of relations of relations, etc)
