This journal is a magazine of the established form. Its title sheet must indicate:
- name of the organization,
- the name of the structural unit of the organization,
- the start date of the magazine,
- the end of the magazine.
Non -elected vehicles performing work in which there is the possibility of a danger of electric shock, should receive group I by electrical safety.
The entire list of posts, as well as professions that require the assignment to employees of the I electrical safety group, should be determined by the head of the consumer.
personnel who have learned the requirements for electrical safety, which refers to his production activities, should be assigned group I with subsequent design in a special journal.
In this case, the certificate is not issued.
Assignment of group I is usually carried out by conducting a special briefing that should end:
- subsequent testing of knowledge in the form of an oral survey,
- checking the obtained skills of safe work methods (if necessary),
- testing knowledge of first aid with a possible lesion of electric shock.
The assignment of this electrical safety group should be carried out by an employee from among the electrical personnel of this consumer with at least the III group in electrical safety.
The pages of the magazine must be numbered, as well as pass, which is made a mandatory entry on the last page, which is then certified by the signature of the organization responsible for the maintenance of the organization. The ends of the lacing must be stained with the seal of the organization
